Nutrinic Announces Opening of its Plant-Based Nutrition Center in Pasadena

Provider of plant-based nutrition therapy opens offices near Southern California regional medical hub.

Pasadena, CA—November 29, 2016 – Nutrinic, a healthcare company whose evidence-based lifestyle intervention program aims to significantly reduce costs for insurers and integrated care organizations, announced the opening of a plant-based nutrition center at 1030 South Arroyo Parkway Suite 109 in Pasadena, California.

Convenient to much of Southern California, the new center is located at the terminus of the Arroyo Seco Parkway (SR-110), with good public transportation access, and in near proximity to a thriving medical hub whose anchors include Huntington Hospital and Kaiser Permanente. The office, which boasts clinic and education spaces, will serve as a proving ground for what the company has coined Healthcare-Integrated Nutrition Therapy.

“Opening the center was a natural next step in the progression of a company dedicated to serving the needs of patients, doctors, and insurers,” said Solomon Wolfson, CEO of Nutrinic. “We are excited to demonstrate our commitment to the local medical community by providing a space for nutrition education and disease prevention.”

“Nutrition is alarmingly underutilized in disease management and prevention and we look forward to conducting regular education seminars for both patients and healthcare providers,” echoed Matt Ruscigno, Registered Dietitian and Chief Nutrition Officer. “The center is an ideal setting for our dietitians to consult with patients one-on-one and also guide them through our evidence-based lifestyle intervention program.”
